The purchase of an apartment by a foreign investor is completely legal under a 100 year lease .The purchaser ( 2nd party ) is not required to be present in Indonesia to sign the documents. The documentation package can be emailed to the intended purchaser with clear directions for signatures, initialing and witness signatures. These documents can then be returned via email to our Notary for processing which will deem the contract legal and binding under Indonesian law.

At some point in the future, the 2nd party will need to sign the deed documents ( Perjanjian Sewa Menyewa ) in the presence of our notary. These documents are then ratified by the Law and Human Rights Department of Indonesia. A signed and processed original will be made available to the the 2nd party within 48 hours of signing the agreement.
